Start by completing our inquiry form. You'll receive an immediate confirmation email outlining the next steps. After learning more about your event and gathering any additional details needed, we'll prepare a customized preliminary estimate tailored to your goals, design preferences, and event scope. 

If the estimate aligns with your expectations, we'll schedule a brief consultation to discuss your event, aesthetic preferences, venue, and any special considerations. This conversation helps us refine the details and ensure our proposal reflects your vision. 

Following our consultation, you'll receive a detailed proposal outlining your floral designs, services, and investment. We will hold your event date for 7 days while you review. To secure your date, simply sign the service agreement and submit the retainer payment. 

With the details in place, we'll take it from here. As your event approaches, we'll coordinate logistics, confirm final details, and communicate any necessary updates to ensure a seamless experience. On event day, our team will thoughtfully execute every floral element so you can focus on celebrating.
